01 The work
Drainage and Irrigation
On the North Coast the water has to go somewhere, and if the yard was not graded for it, it goes toward the house. We install French drains, channel drains, catch basins, dry wells, downspout lines, and culverts, and we regrade yards that pond every January. On the supply side we install and repair sprinkler and drip systems, controllers, valves, and backflow, and we do winterization and spring startup.
