Yes. We are licensed landscape and fencing contractors, C-13 license #1079969. Our general liability is sized for large commercial work, which means roughly triple the coverage of an average residential contractor. We also carry workers' compensation for our employees and auto insurance for our vehicles.

We are usually booked two to four weeks out for residential work. The schedule can shift, so we cannot give hard dates until there is a signed estimate and a deposit. That is what gets you on the schedule.

Weather and scheduling move things in this industry, so plan on plus or minus two or three days from the scheduled date. We always notify you the day before we come out.

We take a 50% deposit when the project begins, which helps cover materials. The final payment is due on receipt when the job is finished. We take checks, debit cards, credit cards, and cash.

We do not. But between the deposit, the lead time, and the build itself, the final payment usually lands a month or two after you sign, which spreads the cost out naturally.

Yes. Tear-out and dump runs are part of the job. When we leave, the old material leaves with us.

Yes. Our landscape design service creates a layout of your property along with materials and plant selections to choose from, so you see the plan before any construction begins. 3D designs are available too.

On-site estimates are free in Eureka, Arcata, Fortuna, McKinleyville, and Trinidad. Farther out there is a $150 estimate fee, waived for anyone who can send measurements and photos of the area, because then we can price it remotely for free.

A few things. We are not a tree service, so we pass on large trees near houses or lines, roughly thirty feet and up. We do not build outdoor structures like sheds, though pergolas and gazebos are fair game. And we do not repair irrigation systems, but we are glad to quote a brand-new system that actually solves the problem. If your project is not a fit, we will tell you who to call instead.
