Information we collect

What you give us. When you submit an estimate request or contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city, the kind of project you have in mind, and any details you add about the property. If you send photos or measurements so we can price a job remotely, we collect those too. We use all of it to answer you and to quote and schedule the work.

What comes in automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: your browser and device, an approximate location, the pages you look at, and how you found us. That comes from analytics tools and standard server logs.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, walk the site and price the job, schedule and complete work, keep normal business and warranty records, and understand which pages and sources bring us customers. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging

When you share your phone number with us, we may text you to respond to your inquiry, schedule or confirm appointments, let you know we are coming out the day before, follow up on your request, and send service updates. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and your consent to be texted are used only by Deep Roots and the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business and this site, and where the law requires it. Those include our website host and analytics provider, our customer-relationship and lead-management system, and the providers that deliver our text messages and emails. This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
